For the Love of Love.

Valentines Day, like all of the recent holidays, came and went in a flash, but the love it generates is still radiating in my world. I've always loved hearts and lockets, especially ones that carry history, lockets that adorned the necks of women from another era, but given with the very same sentiment as those given today. My dad would draw hearts on every card or letter he ever gave me and I have a collection of heart shaped rocks that have put themselves in my path over the years. I suppose I'm just a romantic at heart, pun intended. This was a necklace I made with Valentines Day in mind, it sold within 10 minutes of me posting it proving I'm not the only one in love with love.

New baubles for the show tomorrow...

I'm in a creative flurry in my workspace, busy cranking out lots of blingy goodness for the show tomorrow. This is my new favorite, an antique French bicycle tag, vintage rhinestone brooch, and vintage faceted chunk glass beads.
